We are now seeking a Training Lead to become a vital resource for the customer facing teams at Teamwork to help design, develop and deliver relevant and fit-for-purpose global training and development programs that have a demonstrable positive impact.
About the job
Assess the current and future training needs of the customer facing teams (Sales, Customer Support and Customer Success) at Teamwork
Design bespoke training & educational content using a variety of methods (in-person, virtual classroom, self directed training and continuous learning) to satisfy current and future needs
Work with stakeholders in multiple departments to clarify and refine training and education needs
Successfully deliver training programs that have demonstrable positive impact on behaviors over the short and long term across multiple functions
Report on the effectiveness of the training delivered to the Sales and CS functions
Integrate training activities with important company milestones such as product releases, feature releases and product updates
Integrate activities with Teamwork’s overarching L&D strategy and function
Demonstrable past experience (5 years +) in designing, developing and delivering impactful customer focused training programs in SaaS or Technology in customer focused teams in B2B
Experience in delivering Sales Methodology training such as Sandler, MEDDIC, Challenger
Previous experience in developing CS and/or Sales playbooks
Experience in Customer centric roles with across a number of functions
Experience in building out a Training/Education function for Sales/ CS teams
Has team-lead/people management experience
Great communication skills
Relevant qualification in Training & Development, HR or other related area (CIPD or IITD certified)
Strong team player
Ability to ensure success in our customer facing teams using our Values
Works well in a fast paced environment
