Joining our SDR Team as a Sales Development Team-lead is a great opportunity to make a real impact on the bottom line of a leading, globally-recognized SaaS company.
About the Job
We’re looking for someone fanatical about customer service, who can manage and enhance how our customer’s needs and requirements are understood and clarified. You are strong communicator and have a keen eye for numbers and execution in a high volume, customer-focused sales environment. You will:
- Take responsibility for 6/7 SDRs
- Ensure CRM Syncs are carried out well
- Perform 1 to 1s with your team
- Conduct Performance Reviews
- Adopt a coaching and supportive posture as the "go to" for you team
- Drive your team's development
- Report to the SDR Manager regarding your team's performance and progress
You’re as passionate about our products - Teamwork, Teamwork Desk, Teamwork Spaces, Teamwork CRM and Teamwork Chat - as we are, which makes it easy for you to articulate a very clear selling proposition and qualify sales engagements.
Handling a fast-paced environment and challenging workload is no problem for you: as well as being a self-starter and a capable multitasker, you’re also highly organized, motivated, and have a strong desire to succeed.
You’re a great communicator: you have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, and you work equally well individually or as part of a team - and you’re always professional and courteous to everyone you meet. Experience in face to face presentations to customers would be a big advantage.
Your 2-3 years of customer facing experience demonstrates your ability to meet targets, has given you a great understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, policies, and procedures within the SaaS industry, and means you’re already a pro at using CRM software.
Previous experience working in a SaaS company would be a big advantage.
You're a self-motivated team player who demonstrates initiative and flexibility. You have strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. You're friendly with the right attitude: you're smart, you get things done, and you can work with others and communicate well.
You will also have:
- Formal or Informal experience in a team lead role
- Strong understanding of the SDR role at Teamwork
- Strong understanding of our customer base
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics
- Excellent attention to detail when it comes to process
- Experience in coaching and mentoring new hires or colleagues
