About the Job

We’re looking for someone, based in the United States, who is fanatical about the customer, who can understand and clarify our customer’s needs and requirements.

The role will require the following;

  • Conduct sales calls and have face to face meetings with prospects
  •  

  • 5 Years selling experience (SaaS an advantage)
  •  

  • Forecast your business to the Large Account Sales Manager every week
  •  

  • Build strong prospect relationships
  •  

  • Have a strong affinity to prospecting & the associated activity
  •  

  • Maintain all sales records and new customer information
  •  

  • Travel within your territory if required
  •  

  • Educate the customer and prospect base on how Teamwork's solutions will benefit them financially and will bring intrinsic value
  •  

  • Monitor our competition, new products and market conditions to further understand what our future customers will require
  •  

  • Work closely with the marketing department to build the business
  •  

  • Comfortable and experienced in dealing with C-Suite
  •  

     

About You

Our sales representatives should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, communications, and/or any equivalent education that demonstrates expertise in customer engagement.

Having a well-developed phone presence and high comfort level in initiating conversations is essential to fulfilling the daily duties of an experienced sales representative. Aside from a social and positive personality, Teamwork sales representatives must be self-starters and proactive problem solvers, since not every day is the same and the business environment is constantly changing.

Handling a fast-paced environment and challenging workload is no problem for you: you’re also highly organized, motivated, and have a strong desire to succeed. You’re a great communicator: you have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, and you work equally well individually or as part of a team - and you’re always professional and courteous to everyone you meet. 

Experience in face to face presentations to customers would be a big advantage. Your 3-5 years of experience in a similar role demonstrates your ability to meet quotas, has given you a great understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, policies, and procedures within the SaaS industry, and means you’re already a pro at using CRM software. Experience selling SaaS solutions would be a big advantage also.

  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas

     

  • Passion for selling and enthusiastic self starter with a “can do” attitude

  • Experience with a high call volume fast paced phone sales environments

      

  • Detail Orientated

     

  • Willing to work independently

     

  • Always team focussed

     

  • SaaS selling experience is very favourable
