We are looking for a Sales Operations Lead to take full operational responsibility for the Teamwork Sales Organisation, work with our Sales Management to drive growth, design & implement Sales Strategies, achieve Sales Targets, identify & grow new markets and drive the tempo of execution.
About the Job
In this role, you will:
Drive forecasting and monitoring of current business results
Measure the business performance and create clear Performance Indicators that enable the Business leadership to successfully grow the business (Head of sales, sales managers, SDR Manager)
Support day-to-day lead operations to optimize lead follow-up and data quality for reporting
Monitor, analyze, resolve, and tune processes in the marketing-sales automation and CRM systems to improve lead experience, Lead flow, efficiencies in process, and visibility into information
Sales user inquiries and troubleshoot issues around leads and campaign tracking
Translate user requests into workable requirements, document specifications .Work closely with marketing, finance operations to address lead and campaign requirements
Partner with cross functional teams on the lead and campaign processes
Provide operational reporting and work with reporting & analytics/finance team to build out self-serve BI reporting around leads and campaign effectiveness
Be a trusted strategic advisor/partner to the team providing valuable insights to ensure the continued success of the business
Contribute in the Business Planning Process, Challenge Sales Strategies, optimise GTM tactics implement change and drive execution tempo.
You will need:
8-10 years’ experience in a sales operations role.
You must have at least 2 years’ experience working on leads and campaigns processes and working in SaaS would be a huge advantage
Demonstrated experience in optimizing Sales performance, clear understanding of how to identify team & individual levels of performance, set targets, proactively identify resource needs, structures and course correct as necessary
Is data driven, can clearly articulate the message behind the data, use data to shape territory structures, account planning, campaign plans, investment decisions etc.
Experience in Lead Management/Scoring desired
Demonstrated experience in driving a high quality & disciplined CRM process, working closely with Sales Managers & Reps to set standards on CRM data quality ensuring a rigorous approach to lead opportunity management, accurate forecasting, high levels of time to close understanding, win/loss understanding etc...
Solid sense of the science and art of driving and measuring business results from campaign execution to lead flow to lead conversion to revenue
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across organization: Marketing (regional and global teams), sales, finance operations
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Able to express solutions to problems in a concise and easy to understand manner
Ability to work both independently and with global teams to achieve goals
