As our Sales Development Representative, you’ll reach out to customers trialing our products, by phone and email to introduce them to our world-class suite of Teamwork products.
About the Job
Working with the Business Development Manager and the Inside Sales Account Managers, you’ll develop and grow the sales pipeline so that Teamwork can continue to consistently meet our revenue goals.
You’ll help us to determine customer pain points and address the ways in which our products can respond to our customers’ needs.
By following up on leads and conducting research, you’ll identify potential customers, and manage the data for all new and prospective clients using CRM software.
Moving leads through a defined sales funnel process, you’ll pass qualified opportunities to the inside sales account managers, keeping in regular communication with the Management team on all sales funnel metrics throughout.
You’re super friendly, with a personal, affable approach when dealing with prospective customers.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail in everything you do.
You know your way around CRM software.
You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar position, and have demonstrated your ability to meet - or, even better, exceed - determined sales and activity quotas.
