Joining our SDR Team as a Sales Development Representative in the US is a great opportunity to make a real impact on the bottom line of a leading, globally-recognized SaaS company.

About the Job

In this role, you’ll qualify all of our inbound leads coming from our Lead Generation Marketing team and pass them to our Inside Sales Representatives

You will liaise closely and build relationships with our Large Accounts and Mid-Market Sales teams

You will regularly communicate with our technical teams   

You’ll keep us apprised of sales funnel metrics and forecast to give visibility, communicating with other teams and management as required.

You’ll use our CRM software and Teamwork tools to manage and follow the defined sales process, achieve quarterly quotas, and follow up with inbound leads to develop new sales opportunities


About You

You’re as passionate about our products - Teamwork, Teamwork Desk, Teamwork Spaces, Teamwork CRM and Teamwork Chat - as we are, which makes it easy for you to articulate a very clear selling proposition and qualify sales engagements.

Handling a fast-paced environment and challenging workload is no problem for you: as well as being a self-starter and a capable multitasker, you’re also highly organized, motivated, and have a strong desire to succeed.

You’re a great communicator: you have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, and you work equally well individually or as part of a team - and you’re always professional and courteous to everyone you meet. Experience in face to face presentations to customers would be a big advantage.

Your 2-3 years of customer facing experience demonstrates your ability to meet targets, has given you a great understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, policies, and procedures within the SaaS industry, and means you’re already a pro at using CRM software.

Previous experience working in a SaaS company would be a big advantage

You're a self-motivated team player who demonstrates initiative and flexibility.  You have strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.   You're friendly with the right attitude: you're smart, you get things done, and you can work with others and communicate well.
