We are now hiring for a Head of Product Marketing who will be responsible for building and growing the product marketing team and managing our entire go-to-market strategy for the Teamwork platform.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate prior success leading product marketing in a growing SaaS environment, is comfortable working with marketing, sales, and product interchangeably, and is energized and ready to build a dynamic and world-class Product Marketing team from the ground up.
About the Job
Build, lead and grow the Product Marketing team at Teamwork, including setting the strategic direction, hiring, coaching and developing the team
Manage performance dashboard and execution for key product marketing KPIs; including product adoption, usage, and upsell
Lead ongoing win-loss reporting analysis and the sales intelligence program to determine key attributes to the buyers journey and conversion points
Work hand-in-hand with marketing leadership, product management, and sales operations around new product launches and go-to-market strategies; specifically aligned to our ideal customer profile (ICP) and targeted geographies
Owning and collaborating with leadership on pricing and packaging evolution, research, and planning
Craft and own top-level positioning and messaging for the overall Teamwork platform story
Define and refine our ideal customer profile and buyer personas, leveraging a jobs to be done methodology and educating the Teamwork organization on our key customer attributes and their propensity to buy
Champion the voice of customer across the Teamwork organization and make recommendations in the Product Roadmap based on key findings
Create and oversee a process that will keep sales toolkits evergreen with presentations, videos, datasheets, customer stories and persuasive web copy
Build and nurture relationships with analysts and review management sites
Build and scale a competitive and market intelligence program
Align with key stakeholders across the company to continually evolve our go-to-market strategy and competitive advantage
7+ years of Product Marketing experience and has led and/or managed high-performing teams
Experience defining, building, growing and leading product marketing in a high-growth environment
Experience developing and managing the product launch process across a set of B2B technology products and/or services
Direct experience and a thoughtful approach to what Product Marketing should look like in a growing SaaS environment; including key KPIs and performance metrics
Comfortable with project management across multiple teams and work streams
Exceptional people management and leadership skill and the ability to grow and retain a high performing team
Excellent analytical skill and the ability to pole holes and analyze data for making data informed decisions
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and presentation skills; extremely detail-oriented and the ability to handle ambiguity
Collaborative and friendly, and comfortable working in a global remote environment
A degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
