Working on our Customer Success Team, you'll be enabling our customers to grow their businesses by using our products. You will support our customers through their initial onboarding and right through their lifetime with Teamwork.

About the Job

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager,  you’ll initiate on-boarding discovery calls to clarify customer needs and requirements, as well as coordinate feedback from our existing enterprise customers.

You’ll implement training for, and schedule quarterly check-in meetings with, our enterprise customers, and work with our implementation partners to coordinate training deployments where sold by the sales team.

By developing bespoke on-boarding and training packages, you’ll ensure that our enterprise customers get the most out of our products.

You’ll identify key players and decision-makers at each enterprise account and create account maps.

Liaising with the development team, you’ll make note of and spec features requested and give roadmap updates.

With regular communication with management and Inside Sales, you’ll report on enterprise engagements and sales funnel metrics.

You’ll perform effective online demos to prospects.

Nice to Have

You have proven experience in a Key Account Management function, as well as experience in providing tailored solutions to customers based on their requirements.

Organization and time management are two of your key strengths.

You’re a brilliant problem-solver, negotiator, and communicator.
