We’re looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager who will be a key player in the Teamwork Marketing team, helping to define, execute, and manage the marketing programs that underpin the department’s demand generation efforts. As our Demand Generation Manager, you’ll build a pipeline of ‘sales-ready’ leads, drive more self-service sales, and nurture and convert that pipeline throughout the buying cycle.

About the Job

You’ll lead the Demand Generation Team while also being ‘hands-on’ in delivering demand generation programs.

You’ll develop and implement high impact, multi-channel demand generation programs in order to meet lead and pipeline goals.

You’ll develop and strategically align programs with our go-to-market priorities, vertical segmentation, target audiences, our key personas, and their business challenges.

 

By closely aligning and working with Marketing Teams - such as Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Marketing Operations - as well as Sales and the business units, you’ll ensure efficient and effective campaign execution.

 

You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns that include webinars, events, content syndication, email, social, high touch direct mail, and account-based marketing to drive lead generation.

 

You’ll source, manage, and negotiate with external vendors and media partners.

 

By measuring and reporting on effectiveness of demand generation programs and campaigns, you’ll help us to improve resource allocation, program efficiency, and revenue generation.

 

You’ll test new programs and tactics, such as A/B testing of email copy and new lead sources.

About You

You have several years of experience in demand generation in a SaaS, technology, or related B2B field.

You’re knowledgeable about marketing programs, content marketing, and ‘revenue cycle’ demand generation.

You have a proven track record of executing impactful B2B marketing campaigns that drive measurable results towards sales pipeline.

You have a demonstrated ability to understand B2B go-to-market messaging and value proposition to craft communication and content that leverages key themes, topics, and messages.

You’re an expert resource for best practices in demand gen content for emails, landing pages, and related materials.

Organization and project management are two of your key strengths, and you’re able to drive end-to-end execution of multiple programs simultaneously.

You have excellent marketing tools expertise (e.g. ESPs, marketing automation tools, marketing attribution software, customer databases, social media tools, CRM systems) and digital marketing knowledge (SEM, SEO, Email marketing, Web UX, Affiliate marketing, retargeting).

You have impeccable written and oral communication skills.
