Working on our Customer Support Team in Cork, you'll be supporting the needs of our global community of Teamworkers. As a direct point of contact for our customers, you’ll represent us to the very high standard that our customers know and expect.
About the Job
This is a ‘hands-on” customer support role and will also include; directing, guiding and mentoring our support staff.
Our customer support agents answer inquiries from Teamwork customers around the world: you’ll own customer issues to the point of resolution, keep customers updated throughout, and ensure that all information related to the issue is logged and tracked.
By using discretion and your own excellent and timely sense of judgment, you’ll resolve our clients’ problems and ensure that our satisfied customers continue to love using our products.
You’re a fantastic, empathetic communicator with superior communication skills, sophisticated inquiry handling, and a thorough understanding of customer priorities. You understand our customers’ needs and always act with them in mind, and you’re able to identify key improvement areas to make their experience even better.
You love to solve problems: you’ll be able to troubleshoot all products related to Teamwork and clearly offer solutions or recommendations.
This is a shift role as we strive to support our customers 24/7.
You will have 3-5 years previous experience in a team lead/people management role - within a customer support environment.
You will have previous experience working in a Software environment and ideally for a SaaS company.
You have fluent English with excellent written and spoken skills.
You’re an excellent communicator with the ability to problem-solve whilst building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers.
You thrive in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.
You’re an experienced problem-solver with a great record of delivering practical solutions.
You have a high degree of flexibility, team spirit, and independence.
You’re capable and calm even in difficult situations, and have a proven ability to deal with challenging customers.
You’re available to work flexible hours to support our global customer base.
