We are seeking a Teamlead for our Mid-Market Customer Success team to provide leadership and excel in managing the relationship with Teamwork’s customers. The position will ensure that our Mid-Market Customer Success Managers’ offer a first class service to our customers, so much so, that they become fanatical about our products. 

About the Job

Attract, Retain & Develop Top Talent within Mid-Market Customer Success Team to realize the vision for Teamwork.

You will successfully lead, coach and develop a team of Mid-Market Customer Success Managers.

Your team will support their customers through the Customer Journey, supporting them in achieving their business objectives.

You will support the team in identifying opportunities to expand our footprint into the customer base.

Work to generate Customer Success Stories and testimonials from customers capturing business outcomes

Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.

Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.

Work to understand the Voice of the Customer and educate the business around the message and our response

Partner closely with Marketing team to understand customer behavior throughout the journey and communicate the benefits of partnering with Teamwork

Ensure team delivers upon value-add touch points throughout engagement with the customer.

Guiding the team to support their customers throughout the journey such that we retain, grow and identity advocates of our brand.

Ensure clear metrics and measures of success are in place across the team that align with the company’s vision

About You

5+ years of experience in a customer-facing/customer success/account management team lead role. 

Software industry experience is essential and SaaS experience is a huge benefit.

Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.

Consistent track record of highly-professional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Understanding of Marketing Programs 

Proficient in using data to make informed business decisions

Successful track record of people leadership
