The Scaled CS and Customer Education team creates best in class learning experiences through, training, certification, automated plays, community offering. We ensure customers and their teams have the knowledge they need to successfully use the Teamwork suite of products. 

In this role you will Instructional design, develop and maintain virtual and live training contents as well as deliver a variety of training, both virtual and in-person, to customers all over the world. 

The right candidate has a passion for eLearning and understands its power and importance in the customer lifecycle. You should be an expert-level trainer and have a solid understanding of what makes a learning curriculum successful.

What you'll do

Create and design learning experiences that deliver delight and exceptional business value to customers using instructional design, adult learning methodologies and technology to enhance learning

Partner with CEG and product teams to identify customer training needs and translate them into learning objectives

Create and deliver engaging, high-impact Virtual Instructor-Led Training, Live Training, workshops, LABs  that drive product adoption 

Design Launch and manage the Teamwork Academy eLearning curriculum 

Analyze the effectiveness of our training and continuously improve our customers’ learning experience

Requirements

5+ years of Instructional design and development of eLearning courses for SaaS companies

Experience delivering virtual training and using virtual training tools

Change Management and learning Gamification experience

Experience using a data-driven approach to evaluate enablement program success and drive results

Exceptionally strong and engaging communication, presentation and writing skills

Love for learning and teaching others with excellent ability to mentor, coach, and effectively support remote  team members

Customer-centric and relationship-oriented at your core. You’re Passionate about delivering a best-in-class learning experience 

Able and willing to travel to training events (around 10% travel)

Experience with educational services monetization
