In this role you will be responsible for defining the strategy as well as actively moderating and managing the Teamwork Community Forum and events; you will launch, engage, manage, and grow the Teamwork community for agencies and professional services to help our customers connect with one another and share best practices.
About the Job
System implementation: you will lead, scope, implement, configure and launch the Teamwork community Forum
Manage Community Vendor relationships
Answer customer questions, moderate product feature requests submission (in close collaboration with product champions) and manage operations of the online community forum daily
Proactively drive the growth of the community forum recruiting, activating, engaging, and retaining Forum Champions
Lead, Collaborate and Support Community Campaigns and Events (virtual and in person events)
Weekly review and analysis of customer engagement trends, created topics category, activities by users
Create Community contents and work closely with customer Education and Adoption Campaign Specialists to accelerate product adoption in the high velocity segment
Project Manage the Community content calendar working closely with marketing, product champions and Product Managers
Work closely with the Adoption Campaign Specialist and the Churn Research Analysts to function as the voice of the customer (for the high velocity segment) with our product team, helping translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers
5+ years demonstrated success in Community Management, Customer Success, Customer Support roles
Experience in implementing, using and managing community software platforms
Excellent analytical skills and experience with data visualization
Excellent Communication, writing, presentation and Social Media Management skills with proven experience in:
designing and implementing customer engagement campaigns
running community champion or advocacy programs
creating videos, hosting virtual and in person customer events (AMA, training,LABs)
Customer-centric and relationship-oriented at your core. You’re devoted to ensuring our customers’ success and adoption of Teamwork and able to align technical concepts & product features to business needs
Proven experience in working with international customers and being part of a virtual team
Proven experience in a fast growing SaaS company
Experience working with professional services, digital and marketing agencies strongly preferred
Fluency in English + additional European language (German/French/ Spanish or Italian)
