Teamwork are now hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to play a key leadership role in developing a best-in-class Marketing function and driving the continued growth of Teamwork.
Lead and grow a high-performing, global marketing team and provide strategic direction and mentorship to the team.
Define Teamwork’s marketing strategy to support the company's ambitious objectives and partner with the leadership team to ensure alignment with all key stakeholders.
Design and Implement Teamwork’s inbound and content marketing strategy
Lead marketing’s role as steward of the Teamwork brand and execute on a set of activities (PR, events, content etc.) to grow and drive the brand forward.
Establish key marketing success metrics, set measurable goals and track progress on a regular basis.
You will use the Voice of the Customer data to help the marketing team understand our current target audience’s needs and in turn, help inform further marketing activities.
Generate and execute demand generation programs across multiple channels to build a predictable pipeline across all stages of the funnel. The CMO will also be responsible for the marketing team generating more right-fit leads for the sales team as well as growing the self-service channel.
Ensure the sales team is equipped to be successful by delivering sales enablement collateral e.g. case studies, competitor analysis, pricing & packaging etc.
Align closely with partners in Product, Sales and Customer Engagement to understand each team's needs, communication plans and help to produce collateral that reflects the company brand and value for customers
Work with the Product Management function to further define our Go-To-Market strategy, product positioning and messaging.
Deliver go-to-marketing plans for new product or feature launches, working in partnership with the product and sales teams.
Manage a significant marketing budget and ensure it is allocated across key activities appropriately.
Lead a team of 15 with 3-5 direct reports
Successful track record in a Marketing leadership role at a fast-growth International SaaS business.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into plans and implement tactically
Experience leading a multi-functional marketing team covering - Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Website, Brand Management, SEO, PR, Media, Growth Marketing etc.
Proven experience in developing and implementing an inbound and content marketing programs in a prior role
Previous experience in setting up creative and innovative growth marketing experiments to build and maintain Teamwork’s customer base.
You will have proven experience using modern tech to enable data-driven marketing decisions.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
Strong Leadership skills with sound judgment and decisive capability.
Excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to bring people with them.
Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead and develop a team to their full potential
Strong analytically, with metrics driven problem solving and project management skills
Possess a Degree in a business-related discipline. Hold a postgraduate Degree in a business or Marketing related subject.
