As a member of the Growth Team you will be involved in identifying, implementing and tracking growth experiments across the teamwork suite of products.
We are looking for a developer who enjoys working on both the frontend and backend and has a passion for understanding our customers and building end-to-end solutions that meet their needs.
See something in the sign-up flow that could be improved? Do you have an idea that will allow our customers experience value earlier in the onboarding process? Pitch it to the team. Together we’ll structure the experiment, design and build it and measure the outcome to see if it worked.
This role involves working cross functionally across the business with product managers, designers, marketing managers and sales representatives to deliver growth experiments.
Measurement is at the core of what we do on the growth team. You will help to design experiments that can be measured effectively and implement the necessary tooling to track and analyse the results.
- 3+ years of full stack development experience
- 2+ years professional experience delivering products using modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, etc.)
- Comfortable with ES2015+ and SCSS.
- Good communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a remote team environment
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Experience with Vuex, Redux, or another Flux / state-management solution.
- Experience converting Figma (or similar design UI tools) designs to functional apps and components.
- Experience integrating with 3rd party tracking tools (Pendo, Google Analytics etc.)
