About the Job
We are on a mission to become the next unicorn Saas business and are looking for a high-energy, creative, candidate-obsessed Talent Brand & Candidate Experience (CX) Lead to join our growing team and help us deliver on our vision to make services firms around the world efficient, organised, profitable and happy! This role is critical to our growth and scale strategy. To deliver on our big plan we need to attract & hire the very best talent and build a unique candidate experience. Working closely with the Head of Talent & Inclusion and the People team you will be tasked with building out the Talent Brand & CX strategy, seeking to differentiate and disrupt. You will be encouraged and expected to think out of the box and apply design thinking principles to the execution of the TA brand strategy-a key component of which will be crafting and industrialising our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and successfully delivering a compelling ‘Why Teamwork’ to our target market, Talent everywhere!
Your role will be to advise on and recommend multi-channel sources to promote the organisation as an inclusive employer, attracting diverse qualified candidates. Collaborating closely with the Brand and Communications team, ensure the depiction of Teamwork is on brand, aligned to our tone and connects the employer brand with that of our corporate brand. You will curate and develop content to push out to our multiple hiring/talent channels and platforms: showcasing the most impactful internal work and projects, leveraging blogs & videos etc. A key aspect of this will be structuring a content/drum beat calendar to deliver a consistent messaging flow out to our talent communities, aligned to internal and external events. You will maintain a current perspective of what it is like to work at Teamwork on all hiring sites and job boards, keeping it relevant as things change and at all times reflecting the culture. The role supports the development of and communicates a new strategy on how we approach external sentiment analysis (i.e. Glassdoor), as well as continuously working with strategic partners such as LinkedIn, Silicon Republic, GradIreland etc to optimise platforms and content. Exceptional end to end candidate experience (both internal and external) will fall in the scope of this role.
Partnering with marketing you will evolve the Teamwork careers pages (website), social media channels (constantly exploring new channels and personas to reach talent) & the candidate experience to build a quality pipeline, at all times ensuring Teamwork is promoted as an inclusive, remote first employer. It will be critical that you work to build brand awareness and advocacy across Teamwork and establish a brand ambassador programme. Success will be defined using relevant employer branding data, metrics and reporting.
The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver value within a dynamic, low ego, non-hierarchical, high collaboration, high performing, entrepreneurial led environment.
Key Skills and Expertise:
A minimum of 5 years experience (likely from a smaller/medium size entrepreneurial-led company) to include:
- Developing positioning/EVP/Brand Promise/Narrative
- Content marketing across career sites, tweets, videos, podcasts, posters, Facebook, or ads
- Creative (writing, designing, experience design user experience)
- Stakeholder management, collaboration, and consensus building
- Reputation management focused on Talent / CX
- Media, channel, and tool evaluation
