We are now hiring a Portfolio Customer Success Managers - based in North America.

In this role you will manage a portfolio of customers post-sales, drive user and platform adoption, satisfaction, and high retention.

You will also leverage data to proactively intervene to steer customers back to health, you will help ensure customers achieve success in their business goals with our platform.

About the Job

Manage a book of business of 300 accounts, proactively coaching customers, optimizing their workflow and delivering training that enables fast deployment and adoption

Create data-driven, account-focused campaigns and tailored adoption and success plans to increase customer engagement and product adoption

Develop strategies and implement scaled outreach to drive adoption

Monitor account health and eliminate adoption gaps

Analyze customer usage in internal data systems to identify, communicate, and act upon both risks and opportunities

Identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk helping customers course correct, navigate change and realize the full value of Teamwork

Function as the voice of the customer with our product team, helping translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers

Help drive customer references and case studies

About You

5+ years demonstrated success in an Account Management / Customer Success role in a SaaS business model or previous consulting experience

Experience in driving customer adoption at scale through systems such as Gainsight, ChurnZero, etc. (Preferred)

Proven track record of achieving results while balancing demanding expectations

Project Management Certification or equivalent experience

Change Management Experience

Strong communication and presentation skills

Customer-centric and relationship-oriented at your core. You’re devoted to ensuring our customers’ success and adoption of Teamwork and able to align technical concepts & features to business needs

Self-motivated, driven, consultative, curious, solutions-oriented. You are able to effectively identify and balance competing priorities and make decisions that best support Teamwork

Flexible and able to learn and adapt quickly in a high-growth, dynamic environment
