We are now seeking a Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager to own the marketing infrastructure, execution, and metrics to measure the overall revenue impact of our channels and campaigns.

About the Job


Lead the strategy and creation of the overall Marketing Operations roadmap to reduce inefficiencies and enable marketers to be more effective in their day to day work through process improvement and technology implementation

Own our automation platform and processes, helping to ensure that best practices for data management, workflow automation, program execution and reporting are consistently implemented and adapted.

Manage the lead lifecycle ensuring each step in the funnel, from lead entry to customer, is operationalized and optimized through the use of both technology and clearly defined processes.

Support the marketing team by creating systems training and documentation. 



Partner with the Business Planning and Analytics teams to define the CMO dashboard, Marketing health metrics, and Key Performance Indicators for the marketing funnel

Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities, effectiveness, and ROI, and develop insights and recommendations on areas for optimization.

Ensure marketing KPIs are correctly measured and reported in our dashboards

Analyze campaign results and offer guidance on how to increase the overall performance of our marketing programs, improving the effectiveness of our marketing spend. 

Work together with the sales operations and finance to ensure the alignment of marketing & sales on key processes and programs for managing and measuring marketing efforts.

Optimize lead/account scoring and routing methodology to ensure quality leads are passed to sales development to increase efficiencies and conversion rates

Develop in-depth analysis to increase understanding of trends and surface strategic opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. 

About You

5+ years of experience in a similar role. 

Analytical, evidence-based, able to understand and utilize data from multiple sources to formulate reports and presentations that communicate marketing insights. 

Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into meaningful and actionable information - you can give examples of how you’ve used to data to make decisions

Deep understanding of demand generation, revenue attribution, and customer lifecycle

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing measurement and reporting 

Demonstrated expertise in defining, implementing and maintaining reports and analytics to track lead flow, conversion revenue attribution and related KPIs.

Critical thinker, you don’t take directives at face value, you consider the task at hand, offering constructive feedback to improve processes

Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing and sales technologies (analytics tools, Marketo, CRM)  

Proficiency in Analytics tools (Google analytics, Google Datastudio, BI tools)
