We are looking for a Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales Organisation who is smart, hungry for learning, coachable, has a sense of urgency in what they do and do not take themselves too seriously. About the Job
Your responsibility will be to generate qualified sales opportunities from existing Teamwork customers, for the Sales Account Managers.
You will create demand generation campaigns, in collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
You will execute campaigns in a timely manner, analysing what works best and improving continuously to maximise results.
You will proactively engage with customers, to understand their challenges and educate them about how the value of our solutions and the technology behind can enable them to improve their business.
You will provide an efficient opportunity handover to the Sales Account Manager
You will meet & exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
You are looking to progress your career in Sales.
Handling a fast-paced environment and challenging workload is no problem for you: as well as being a self-starter and a capable multitasker, you’re also highly organized, motivated, and have a strong desire to succeed.
You’re as passionate about our products - Teamwork, Teamwork Desk, Teamwork Spaces, Teamwork CRM and Teamwork Chat - as we are, which makes it easy for you to articulate a very clear selling proposition and qualify sales engagements.
You’re a great communicator: you have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, and you work equally well individually or as part of a team - and you’re always professional and courteous to everyone you meet.
Experience in face to face presentations to customers would be a big advantage.
Your 2-3 years of customer facing experience demonstrates your ability to meet targets, has given you a great understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, policies, and procedures within the SaaS industry, and means you’re already a pro at using CRM software.
Previous experience working in a SaaS company would be a big advantage
You're a self-motivated team player who demonstrates initiative and flexibility.
You have strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
You're friendly with the right attitude: you're smart, you get things done, and you can work with others and communicate well.
Fluency in Spanish, German, Italian or French would be an asset but not essential.
