We are on a mission to become the next unicorn Saas business and are looking for a high-energy, customer-obsessed Sales Enablement Lead to join our growing team and help us deliver our vision to make services firms around the world efficient, organised, profitable and happy! This role is key as we scale our sales teams to enable a deep and expert level of understanding of our product portfolio and market campaigns. We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic and successful sales learning and development specialist for our global team. You will have a passion for helping others succeed and the desire to create high-impact solutions for the Sales and Customer Success teams at Teamwork. To achieve this you will be responsible for partnering with sales leaders, and marketing to define strategy, drive execution and communicate the business impact. Leveraging learning technology to measure and action on data will be an essential part of the role.
You will have ownership of and be expected to deliver against the agreed Enablement strategy for Sales and CS teams. Partnering cross functionally to identify business needs, design solutions to address these needs, launch and measure. Design and develop enablement solutions across a variety of mediums (e.g. Demos, virtual, eLearning, on-the-job support etc) to build on how we sell to our markets. Build out sales onboarding and certification programmes. Break down sales & marketing campaigns in micro-modules for ease of consumption. Establish and create assessment and evaluation strategies to measure the efficacy and ROI of training initiatives. Measure the impact of enablement solutions and adjust based on results, as appropriate.
- Demonstrable expertise in driving sales training and broader Sales Enablement training
- Highly proficient at building strong, lasting relationships with sales leaders
- Knowledge of SaaS and SMB market segment
- Excels in execution, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, hyper growth environment
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute
- Experience partnering with external vendors and leveraging technology
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English essential
- Experience in leveraging standard eLearning tools (Articulate etc), web-based meeting tools (Zoom, WebEx etc) and Content management tools to create instructionally sound learnings programmes is desired
